Opened by Carl Serpe in 1977, Leaning Tower of Pizza is the oldest restaurant in Pasco County and a central hub of the community. Very Good place, worth trying.A New Port Richey landmark that offers a full Italian menu, hand tossed New York style pizza, a gluten-free menu and a growing selection of craft beers. Lastly we had a cannoli which came out cold and was very good, I would say similar to the ones in Little Italy in New York. It does look promising and there was an advertised, all you can eat pasta on Mondays for $6.99. Without another trip I wouldn't be able to accurately rate their pasta, and other items. Overall the place was a good, sit down, Italian restaurant, they do have many more Pasta and Italian items on the menu. The restaurant was very clean and orderly, there is enough room for larger parties and the waitress was very attentive. There is no small pizza that we saw on the menu, but it might be able to be ordered special. It looked hand tossed and was crispy, but the cheese had a strange texture, not a bad flavor and was not detracting just seemed different. The Pizza was ordered extra-crispy and thin and came out as ordered. The Salad was big enough to share, and still have left overs, the ingredients were typical, anti-pasta with meats and cheeses. This place was pretty good, we ordered the small Anti-pasta salad and a 14 inch Cheese pizza. If the parking lot is full it must be good. We decided to stop by here since it is typically pretty busy when we drive by.
